Foliae srl presents to the marketCementPro®️, a new patented material: it’s a film of flexible concrete, that can be applied in the furniture and in the interior design.
CementPro®️ shows the visual and tactile properties of concrete or of stone, together with the, e la easiness of application of a plastic film: the result is a highly versatile material, that can be declined in infinite textures and colors.
CementPro®️ can be applied using standard equipment for production of panels in furniture industry.

Digital, the printed collection– digitally printed on “pure” concrete film, it can be completely tailor-made:  graphics, pictures, textures, customers logos.

Solid, the solid-color collection – color and tactile aspect are given without digital printing; it’s characterized by 3 palettes:

Naturale, in 3 different materic  effects, all declined in soft and warm colors.
Metallizzata, with an uneven surface that contributes to offer metallic light effects, changing with the light.
Super Opaco, a wide range of colors, with even and smooth surfaces.

All products of CementPro^® Solid collection can be overprinted.

CementPRO^® is environmentally friendly
Made out of inorganic raw materials (glass and mineral powders), CementPRO^® is atoxic, does not contain chemicals or volatile materials; it use is completely safe both in domestic and in public areas. CementPRO^®  is also available in a palette based on recycled mineral powders, to introduce circular economy principle in a product that is already intrinsecally sustainable

CementPRO^® is fireproof

Based on intrinsecally fireproof raw materials, as mineral powders are, CementPRO^® was tested for fire resistance under the following standards:

• EN 13501-1:2018 Classification to fire of prouducts and elements for building. Part 1: Classification on the base of results of fire tests
• EN 13823:2020 – Fire tests of building materials – Building materials except flooring exposed to thermal attack from a single burning object
• EN ISO 11925-2:2020 «Fire tests- Ignitability of products undergoing direct flame attack – Test with single flame»

FIRE REACTION CLASS: B-s1, d0

CementPRO^® is flexible
Available in rolls, height up to 1,25 m and length from  100 m, it can be used with the usual techniques available for films used in the furniture industry

CementPRO^® is resistant
High stain and scratch resistance:

• Stain resistance
  According to standard UNI EN 12720, resistance to cold liquids – CLASS «B»
• Scratch resistance
  According to standard UNI EN 15186 Scratch resistance: ≥ 3 Newton – CLASS «A»
