PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING
Send, by e-mail, FOLIAE SRL’s informative communications to those who make explicit request, by entering their e-mail address on the appropriate data collection form. The registration will allow the data controller to manage the information and respond to any requests, including cancellation. With regard to explicit requests received through the “CONTACTS” form (by entering First Name, Last Name and your e-mail address), they will be sent by e-mail with more information or answers to the applicants based on the questions they have asked.
DATA PROCESSORS AND RECIPIENTS
These are subjects that provide FOLIAE SRL with processing or instrumental services (e.g. management and technical maintenance of technological platforms of email marketing, IT services for the operation of the site, etc.). The full list is available by writing to info@foliae.it
In any case, the processing takes place in such a way as to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data, through the adoption of the measures pursuant to Article 32 of the Regulation in order to preserve the integrity of the processed data and prevent access to them by unauthorized persons.
PERSONS AUTHORIZED TO PROCESSING
The data may be processed by employees of FOLIAE SRL or by external collaborators, representatives in pursuit of the purposes indicated above, who have been expressly authorized to the process and who have received appropriate operational instructions.
LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING
The controller processes Personal Data relating to the User as the User has given consent for one or more specific purposes.
TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED
The data collected and processed by the Data Controller are personal data of the Subscribers. With regard to subscribing to the Newsletter, the user’s e-mail address is requested; if the user is interested in more information than the activity of FOLIAE SRL , they may use the dedicated form “CONTACTS”, which requests First and Last Name and e-mail address.
NATURE OF GRANTNG THE DATA
The granting of the data is functional to the provision by FOLIAE SRL of related information services (newsletter subscription, request for clarification or information, contact request).
PROCESSING MODE AND DURATION
The data will be processed in full compliance with the principles of confidentiality, correctness, necessity, relevance, lawfulness and transparency imposed by the Regulations for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data were collected.
As for the Newsletter, the data collected will be kept until the User asks to be unsubscribed from the service. After this period, it will be destroyed or anonymized in compliance with the technical procedures of deletion and backup.
For other services on the site, the data will be stored in any case no later than 10 years from their collection for the purposes of the Service. The data will be processed both with manual tools and with the use of dedicated software.
RIGHTS OF THE INTRESTED PARTY — COMPLAINT TO THE SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY
By contacting the data controller via e-mail at info@foliae.it, users can request access to the data concerning them, their deletion, correction of inaccurate data, supplementation of incomplete data, limitation of processing in the cases provided for by art. 18 GDPR.
In addition, in case the processing is carried out with automated tools, they may require the portability of their data and receive it in a structured format, commonly used and readable by automatic devices that can read the data itself, as well as, if technically feasible, transmit it it to another controller without hindrance.
If users finds a violation of their rights, they may contact the competent supervisory authority, as per art. 77 of the Rules of Procedure, or refer to the appropriate courts (Art. 79 of the Rules).
